About Us
A family company founded in 1963 by Phil Jones, 'PH Jones' installed central heating into privately owned properties. In 1971, Phil and his wife, Brenda, started another company called 'Central Heating Maintenance Ltd' to manage the maintenance of the heating systems installed by PH Jones and other installers.
In 1994 'Central Heating Maintenance Ltd' took on its first social housing contract, and in 1999, Phil and Brenda amalgamated the companies to form 'PH Jones Ltd'. Throughout the 1990s and to the present day we have continued to win further social housing contracts in addition to retaining existing clients.
In addition to the expansion into the social housing market in the mid 1990s, the company also branched into new build developments and founded the New Build Division to provide heating and plumbing services for property developments.
In 2002 PH Jones diversified and founded a Utilities Division to undertake gas and electric meter maintenance and replacement and meter reading services for blue chip companies nationwide.
The company now has over 750 directly employed staff , 25 regional offices and 8 directors.
