Serviceplan

Serviceplan is an "insurance product" exclusive to PH Jones that meets the needs of homeowners in the event of a boiler breakdown and central heating repairs.

Serviceplan is currently available to homeowners within the North West of England, the Midlands and North Wales. To check whether Serviceplan is available in your area, please complete the online enquiry form.

We provide three levels of "boiler insurance" and "central heating insurance cover" to protect you from costly breakdowns and repairs:

Silver:

Provides an economical way of maintaining your boiler and central heating system which can save you up to 25% in fuel costs through increased efficiency as well as helping to prevent boiler breakdowns.

  • A comprehensive annual gas boiler service and safety check - for gas central heating systems
  • A comprehensive annual oil boiler service and safety check - for oil central heating systems
  • Priority boiler breakdown service. If your boiler breaks down we will attend the same day.*
  • Discount on boiler breakdown charges - heating engineers will attend at a discount*
  • £10 towards the cost of boiler replacement accumulated annually and up to £100, if replaced by PH Jones.

Gold:

For those who require all that is provided by the silver Serviceplan plus not having to worry about paying a penny if your boiler breaks down*.

  • A comprehensive annual gas boiler service and safety check - for gas central heating systems
  • A comprehensive annual oil boiler service and safety check - for oil central heating systems 
  • Priority boiler breakdown service. If your boiler breaks down we will attend the same day.*
  • No boiler breakdown charges - heating engineers will attend at no cost if your boiler breaks down.
  • Your boiler will be repaired at no cost*. All central heating boiler and control parts are provided free of charge.
  • £10 towards the cost of boiler replacement accumulated annually and up to £100, if replaced by PH Jones.

Platinum:

This is the premium Serviceplan and as well as not having to worry about paying for boiler breakdowns*, your complete central heating system will be covered*.

  • A comprehensive annual gas boiler service and safety check - for gas central heating systems
  • A comprehensive annual oil boiler service and safety check - for oil central heating systems
  • Priority boiler breakdown service. If your boiler breaks down we will attend the same day.*
  • No boiler breakdown charges - heating engineers will attend at no cost if your heating breaks down.
  • Your boiler and heating system will be repaired at no cost*. All central heating boiler and control parts are provided free of charge.
  • Your complete central heating system will be repaired at no cost including radiators and pipework.*
  • £10 towards the cost of boiler replacement accumulated annually and up to £100, if replaced by PH Jones.
