Central Heating Repairs

Problem boiler?

If you are experiencing problems with your central heating system or you suspect your boiler is not working correctly, or it has broken down we can help you. Homeowners often contact us with problems associated with their boiler, heating systems, radiators, pump, water tanks, thermostat, cylinders and more.

We can undertake minor central heating repairs and also supply and fit replacement parts where needed.

When reporting a repair to your central heating system, please let us know if there are any vulnerable people within the property i.e. frail, elderly and/or disabled people.

How much will my central heating repair cost?

We offer two central heating repair packages: fixed and variable, being:

Fixed repair price

Fixed repair price* £165

The fixed price includes call-out, labour and parts.*

*See Terms and Conditions

The fixed price repair only includes breakdown repairs needed for domestic, single wet (using water) or warm-air gas central heating systems and gas appliances. Please see Terms and Conditions.

Variable repair price

Call-out charge £65+VAT**
Cost per half hour labour £25+VAT**
Cost of replacement parts, if required tbc following diagnosis
Total variable rate From £90+VAT**

**Prices shown are in respect of repairs carried out using our network of direct labour. In the instance that we are unable to attend a repair using direct labour and we are required to use subcontract labour, prices may vary. When required to use subcontract labour we will always provide you with a non-obligatory variable rate quote and provide a fully managed solution.

The variable repair rate is dependent on the time needed and the parts required to undertake the repair. Should the repair take 1 hour, and no replacement parts are required, the repair cost will be £115+VAT. Should the repair take 4 hours, and no replacement parts are required, the repair cost will be £265+VAT. The cost of any required parts are charged in addition to the call-out and labour charges. The variable rate is in effect a 'pay as you go' repair service.

Prior to booking your repair you will be required to confirm whether you would like the fixed or variable option.
