To add to the existing electrical and telecommunications resource within the company, in 2007 PH Jones acquired D-TEC, a specialist electrical contracting company based in the North of England.

The division carries out a variety of domestic, commercial and industrial electrical works ranging from a simple distribution board upgrade up to rewiring a whole housing estate or a new office block installation. We manage the electrical design, installation and testing on both new build contracts and refurbishment contracts. Clients include local authorities, SMEs, blue chip companies and global contractors.

• Fire alarms, emergency lighting
• Wiring UPS, DC battery backup installation and decommissioning
