How quickly can you attend my breakdown?
If you are a Serviceplan customer you will have exclusive priority attendance, and we will try to attend your breakdown the same day if you register your problem before 3pm on Monday – Friday and before 12 noon on Saturday. If you are not a Serviceplan customer we will try and visit the same day where possible or the next working day where this is not possible.
