Will I have to wait in all day for an engineer to arrive?

No - we give morning or afternoon appointments and where possible provide a two hour time slot in which we aim to arrive. We try extremely hard to attend all appointments on time, however due to unforeseen circumstances if we are late we will always call you in advance to let you know if the estimated arrival time has been changed.
