As part of our social housing contracts with Registered providers of social housing, we can provide leasehold property management for leasehold services. Our leasehold services include leasehold property repairs, and the same gas servicing and heating repairs service provided to clients. Leasehold property management services are managed through the local contract office. Payment and invoicing for leasehold services is managed through the local social housing maintenance office.
We provide leasehold property management services to a number of our social housing clients, including Hammersmith and Fulham Homes, and Cheltenham Borough Homes. Our leasehold services can include a range of leasehold property repairs, such as annual gas safety checks, monthly heating plans, central heating installation, gas fire replacement, and boiler replacement.
