This division provides plumbing and heating services to national, regional and local property developers and currently operates in the North West, North Wales, Midlands and South East of England.

New build projects for homeowners and social housing providers

The division is involved in new build services for private homeowners and for social housing providers.

We are currently involved in the provision of over 300,000 new homes around the South Midlands as parts of the Office of the Deputy Prime Ministers vision for greater numbers of social housing.

Energy efficiency

The division is innovative in its approach and has been selected in the North West to work with Persimmon Homes on the MMC project to construct highly efficient sustainable homes using cutting edge combined heat and power technology to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.

Commercial developments

In addition to domestic housing projects new build undertake larger commercial schemes such as providing design and mechanical and electrical services for new hotels and factories, having recently completed 160 room hotel in the North West.
