Yvonne Keay promoted to Operations Director

Following five years service at PH Jones as Administration Manager and then Systems Development Manager for the Social Housing Maintenance Division, Yvonne Keay has been promoted to Operations Director.

Yvonne will continue her role in the development of Pilot, the bespoke in-house project management software which integrates with handheld computers and clients’ ICT systems, but will also support the Divisional Director Derek Corbishley to ensure optimal service delivery and performance of the Division’s heating maintenance contracts. 

Derek commented: “Yvonne is an example of the importance PH Jones place on organic growth and the development and retention of talented employees.”

“The appointment is particularly momentous for the company as she is the first non-Board female Director”, added Derek.

Well-known by her colleagues and peers for being hands-on and practical, Yvonne considers that her success at PH Jones is partly due to her customer-facing attitude. “Ultimately my role is to maximise customer satisfaction through the development of new systems and processes. By listening to and responding to customers’ needs I ensure our services deliver meaningful value.” said Yvonne.
