Another heating repair and gas servicing contract for PH Jones

PH Jones are pleased to announce a four year heating repair and gas servicing contract with Wales & West Housing Association.

The gas servicing and heating repair contract includes completion of Landlords Gas Safety Certificates (CP 12s), servicing of heating appliances, responsive heating and boiler repair service and responsive boiler replacements. The contract also includes the provision for undertaking part or all of planned boiler replacement works.

The contract includes 4,000 domestic properties throughout South Wales, up to Llanfair Caereinion; and 2,000 properties throughout North Wales in the areas of Amlwch and Tremadog through to Overton.

PH Jones are in the process of opening an office in Cardiff to manage the planned element of the contract for South Wales with a call centre operation being established in  Wrexham for the whole contract.
PH Jones was awarded the contract after a thorough procurement process involving residents, client representatives and consultant advisers.

Derek Corbishley, Director of the Gas Maintenance Division said, “Prior to the tender process, we were already servicing and maintaining the heating appliances for Wales & West in North Wales. We are absolutely delighted their decision to retain PH Jones as the North Wales heating contractor and also to be given the opportunity to manage further properties in South Wales. We have developed a good relationship with Wales & West over the past four years and are excited at the prospect of a further four years.”
