100% for Cannock

PH Jones is the first gas servicing contractor this year to hit zero gas services outstanding for Bromford Housing

PH Jones Ltd, specialist gas servicing and maintenance contractor, working for Bromford Housing, to service gas central heating systems has gained access to all properties in Staffordshire to ensure 100% completion of Landlords Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s).

The Cannock branch which manages the contract has accessed all outstanding properties, including the persistently difficult ones, which is a tremendous success.
 
Manager of the Cannock Branch, Nigel Corbett commented:

“Our system of contacting residents in advance to arrange the gas service; and then following this up with a call to check all is OK prior to arrival, has proved very successful.  We also implement a robust no access procedure and would like to thank the housing staff at Bromford Housing who have been involved in assisting with properties in the no access procedure. 100% access is testament to working collaboratively with Bromford Housing.”
