The Opportunity
We require a Branch Manager for the Doncaster Office.
Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, the post holder will be responsible for providing technical supervision to field operatives, and liaise with administration assistants to ensure smooth running of the branch operation. It is expected this role will include time spent to support the office, field operatives, and liaising with the client. A full Job Description is available upon application.
Requirements
You should have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, practical skills and experience in the field of Gas and Electrical Engineering, with due regard to good working practices and current legislation, whilst ensuring a safe working environment for employees and customers alike.
Excellent personal efficiency and customer relation skills, plus evidence and understanding of people management, with coaching and supporting techniques will be required.
You should possess the drive and motivation to achieve, and exceed Branch targets and KPI’s.
