CHOICE: Care, Honesty, Openness, Integrity, Compassion, and Empathy

Our CHOICE Customer Care Programme is defined by the choices our employees make in delivering customer care. It is driven by six key principles: Care, Honesty, Openness, Integrity, Compassion, and Empathy. It is designed to convey our values and recognise and reward employees who consistently deliver our brand promise, unrivalled customer service.

The CHOICE programme consists of two schemes, the Customer Champion Award and the Employee of the Month Award. All employees are eligible to both nominate and be nominated for our CHOICE schemes.
