Call Centre Support Manager

PH Jones currently require a Call Centre Support Manager to work within our Social Housing Division based at our Openshaw branch. 

Applicants should have extensive knowledge of the Call Centre environment, and be able to manage individuals and conflict confidently.  You must be able to follow policy procedures and ensure appropriate documentation is accurate, complete and provided in a timely manner.

Your duties will include ensuring Engineers are allocated work efficiently and reallocated if necessary to meet strict deadlines. You will monitor and report on KPI's from inception and ongoing and the performance of the Call Centre team.  It is essential that you possess excellent verbal and written skills and be computer literate (including MS Office) and be confident and competant using databases.
