We have been providing homeowner services for over 45 years, including central heating maintenance and installation, and our Homeowner Services Division is still installing, servicing and maintaining heating systems for customers from the 1960s. All our central heating engineers are technically experienced and fully qualified to the highest industry standards. Our Homeowner Services Director is Paul Nelson.

Although current expansion plans are in place, our central heating engineers for the Homeowner Services Division currently operate in Cheshire, Birkenhead, Shropshire, Manchester, Stockport, Warrington, Chester, North Wales, Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Walsall. Central Heating Services

We provide central heating maintenance, servicing, repairs, installation and replacement of all heating and boiler types, including gas central heating, oil fired central heating, and energy efficient central heating systems. All our central heating engineers are fully qualified and technically experienced.

Central Heating "Insurance"

Landlords and Rented Properties

All landlords have a legal obligation to ensure the safety of their tenants, and that appliances and flues in their properties are working correctly and safely. We provide a range of services to landlords, including central heating maintenance, annual servicing and safety checks.

Plumbing and Drainage

Our homeowner services also include all types of plumbing and drainage repairs, from small jobs, such as leaking taps, showers, blocked sinks, toilets and drains, to larger jobs such as burst pipes, drains and water tanks.

Bathroom Replacement

In addition to central heating maintenance and plumbing services, we also undertake bathroom replacement.

Energy Efficiency

Our central heating engineers are also experienced in low carbon and renewable energy technologies, including solar heating and electricity, ground source heat pumps, air source heat pumps, micro-CHP, and biomass, which will help reduce your fuel costs.
