Platinum Serviceplan

We provide three levels of central heating "insurance", including boiler breakdown cover and central heating cover to protect you from costly breakdowns and repairs: silver, gold, and platinum.

Platinum is the premium Serviceplan level. With Platinum cover, as well as not having to worry about paying for boiler breakdowns*, your complete central heating system will also be covered*. The Platinum plan includes:

• A comprehensive annual gas boiler service and safety check - for gas central heating systems
• A comprehensive annual oil boiler service and safety check - for oil central heating systems
• Priority boiler breakdown service- if your boiler breaks down we will attend the same day*
• No boiler breakdown charges - heating engineers will attend at no cost if your heating breaks down
• Your boiler and heating system will be repaired at no cost*- all central heating boiler and control parts are provided free of charge
• Your complete central heating system will be repaired at no cost including radiators and pipework*
• £10 towards the cost of boiler replacement accumulated annually and up to £100, if replaced by PH Jones.
