Special Projects

We have worked as housing association contractors and local council contractors since the early 1990s, when we were successfully awarded our first public sector housing contract with Wrexham County Council, for whom we still work today. We are currently social housing and council approved contractors for over 50 Registered Social Landlords, providing a range of property services, including special projects for full interior design and build projects.

Our work as housing association contractors and local council contractors extends across 250'000 UK properties, with with contracts delivered locally from our Regional Offices.

Council approved contractors

We are council approved contractors for a number of Registered Social Landlords and local authorities. We are experienced housing association contractors and local council contractors providing a range of interior special projects throughout the UK.

Special projects are undertaken by an expert team of designers and installers, with innovation, quality and a "right first time" approach as the main project drivers, whilst maintaining flexibility for potential further changes in the future. Special projects include:

  • Customised design
  • Bespoke installations and adaptations, including energy efficient adaptations
  • Central heating installation and interior re-fit programmes
  • Disabled adaptations, including level access/low surface equipment
  • Fit-out work for new build projects
  • Building refurbishment projects
  • Property conversions
  • Low carbon accommodation using single or combined renewable energy technologies to generate fuel savings and reduce carbon emissions.
