Our social housing experience dates back to the early 1990s, when we won our first social housing contract for Wrexham County Borough Council. Today, we work in partnership with over 50 Registered Social Landlords, delivering an exceptional standard of work and customer service, through a combination of experience, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
We currently provide a range of social housing services to over 250,000 UK properties, from Scotland to the South of England. Contracts delivered by a workforce of directly employed engineers based locally from our Regional Offices. We provide specialist services, such as heating and multi trades, as well as complete turnkey commercial maintenance packages for sheltered accommodation, and landlord/corporate public buildings.
