Today we provide a wide range of property services to the domestic and commercial sectors, including home repair services (including home emergency services and heating services), commercial property maintenance, and metering services. Our services are split into the following business streams: Homeservices, Utility Services, and Facilities Management.

Homeservices
Home repair services (including home emergency services) and heating services available to homeowners, Registered Social Landlords and private landlords, and to insurance companies as part Home Emergency cover.

Utility Services
Services include a wide range of metering services, including multi utility metering, smart metering and AMR.

Facilities Management
Property services to the commercial sector including design and installation, commercial property maintenance, data cabling and communications, building refurbishment, and fire and security.
