New fixed cost heating repair service launched for homeowners

The Homeowners Services Division today launched a new fixed price heating repair service.

The new service is available for homeowners and provides increased cost certainty for repairs to boiler breakdowns and central heating faults.

Martin Jones, Managing Director said “The new fixed cost repair service is about alleviating customers’ concerns about unpredictable heating repair costs. Customers want to know how much it will cost for us to fix their boiler or heating system and in the past we have not been able to provide this, as the cost has always been dependent on the labour and parts needed. The new fixed option gives customers peace of mind - regardless of the fault it will only cost a fixed amount of £165* to repair. The cost is inclusive of call-out, labour and parts*, which is excellent value for money.”

“The Homeowner Services Division will still operate the variable cost option, but we are now able to offer homeowners choice”, added Martin.
